Jesse Mercury

Jesse Mercury is the host of the Major Pain podcast, where he interviews people living with chronic illness and disability. The goal of the show is to create community around experiences often lived in isolation, while spreading awareness of rare diseases.

Jesse lived with an undiagnosed illness on and off his entire life, which became disabling in his 30s. At 38 years old he was finally diagnosed with mast cell activation syndrome and small fiber neuropathy. He is now receiving treatment and seeing improvement in his health.

Besides creating Major Pain, Jesse can be found green screening himself into every episode of Star Trek the Next Generation.
