Phrenic Nerve Palsy

Two and a half years ago I had acute neck and shoulder pain. This lead to severe dyspnea treated as asthma, but then progressed from one to both hemidiaphragms not working. Parsonage Turner syndrome is possible after ALS was ruled out, but I still don't have a diagnosis or treatment.

Changes to my life

I use a non-invasive vent at nite as lung volumes decrease significantly at nite supine. Unfortunately, I no longer can row, Erg, or exercise. Prior to this I was a Master rower with International Erg rating. Not getting worse or better now.
