Goosebumps with most emotions/passion, sneezing, yawning..

Since march of this year, every time I cried, goosebumps all over my left side of my body. Over the last few months it’s escalated, to goosebumps all over my body, literally head to toe, every time: I sneeze, sing, cry, feel any passion internally, yawn, any high stress situation. It happens all the time and I try to avoid the triggers. I’ve been to a neurologist and a neuromuscular specialist. I’ve had an MRI & that’s all normal besides some non specific white matter and borderline type 1 chari malformation. I’ve had covid once(as far as I know), and my neurologist was saying maybe from covid. Negative for Lyme disease. I have literally stomped my neurologist. I know this isn’t life threatening but it’s literally affecting my daily life. I’m completely blank emotions everyday.

  1. Donna, thank you. Yeah, it’s just upsetting that my neurologist doesn’t know what it could be. I almost feel like I’m getting dismissed, no hope at all.

    1. yes, I definitely feel like they are giving up. I have literally stomped them! I just want an answer, that’s all. I also need to know if anyone else out there has this same thing. Some people don’t understand and thank you for getting it. Just because it’s non life threatening and it’s not the worse thing that could happen. I have to avoid being myself and avoid feelings. I’m a young single woman who wants to date, but can’t because of this. It makes the hairs grow fast on my legs, so I gave up shaving so how am I supposed to have a dating life? I’m just so broken over this and I don’t want it to last forever….

    2. , we should never have to conceal who we are, and shouldn't have to hide our feelings. Has he mentioned any of the things discussed in the article? I hope you soon get some answers. Please do keep in touch and let us know how things are going. - Warmly, Donna (Team Member)

  2. , that has got to be very distressing. It would be interesting to see if it is COVID related. Everyone in my family had it and each of us have had some bizarre things happen afterwards. - Warmly, Donna (Team Member)
