how have y'all been coping with fear, insomnia, due to being in remission?

I was diagnosed with nsclc and subsequently found out I have myasthenia gravis as well. The meds they give me for the cancer have put me in remission, but treating the MG is so difficult. I though if I got healed from the lobectomy and radiation, I would magically be healed from this . but now I live in fear
