10 Year old with medical mystery

Good Day Everyone

My son has been sick for about 4 months. He is seeing doctors and was in the hospital more than once and still he is not beter.

He is complaining about feeling dizzy, alway tired, want to throw up - and at times he would throw up for a few days, feeling like some one is sitting on his chest and numbness in his hands and feet. He was in hosp in March due to his sugar levels dropping to 0.9. He is not diabetic. They did iron level tests, one day it is low and the other day it is back to normal. At times he doesn't even know that he was sleeping, currently missing alot of school as he can't stay awake for very long. I started taking his bp and some days it is low, then normal, then high, same with his heart rate, it will be between 37 to 175 ( in the time I have been looking at it).

The doctors have him on anxienty medication as they are still trying to figure what is going on with him. I don't have medical aid and am I single mother of 3.

Anyone out here thats in the same type of boat?
