Has anyone found effective joint pain therapy that actually works long-term?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been dealing with joint pain for quite a while now, mostly in my knees and occasionally in my shoulders. It started off as something mild that I could ignore, but over time it’s become more noticeable and is starting to affect my daily routine. Even simple things like walking for longer periods or getting up after sitting for a while can feel uncomfortable.

I’ve tried managing it on my own with rest and over-the-counter pain relief, which helps temporarily, but the issue keeps coming back. That’s why I’ve recently started looking into joint pain therapy as a more long-term solution rather than just treating the symptoms.

The thing is, there are so many different approaches out there — physiotherapy, guided exercises, and other types of treatments — and I’m not really sure which direction to go in. I’d prefer something that focuses on improving mobility and reducing pain over time, rather than relying too much on medication.

While researching, I did come across a provider called CORX Health Care in Dubai that seems to offer therapy options, but I haven’t had any personal experience with them yet, so I’m not sure what to expect.

If anyone here has experience with joint pain therapy (or even with places like that), I’d really appreciate hearing what worked for you. Did you notice a significant improvement? And how long did it take before you started seeing real results?

Also, is this something that requires ongoing sessions, or can it be managed independently once you learn the right techniques?
Thanks in advance for any advice or experiences you can share.
