Unknown Health conditions that is so discormforting

Hi, everyone
I woke up one morning to notice that I have a burning sensation on one of my legs. I thought it was a slight stuff. Over time some symptoms starts showing off; the burning sensation has refused to stop
a. sometimes it feels like the leg gets cold
b. Muscle twitches around my body involuntary
c. loss of weight
d. Some sort of headache that feels like something is pulling me from under my throat.
e. When I lay down, I get this pulselike movement in my body. It seems like I feel my body constantly moving to a rhythm.
f. when I place my palms together, I feel expansion and contraction.
g. So much fatigue sometimes
h. Tingling on my right palm and somtimes right face that I cant tell what it is.

I went to the hospital but due to the way things were done, I was told to go and be drinking a lot of water

I did sugar level test - result normal
I did kidney test - normal
I did infection test and it returned - moderate growth of staph. I was given levofloxacin which I took for ten days
But yet these symptoms refused to stop. Im 27 years of age currently.

The burning sensation in my left leg has not stopped and this is very discomforting.

I feel like I am stuck and dont know what to do. Can anyone help
Most times when I go to hospital, I dont get something that helps and the fact that I wouldnt have enough funds to go a big hospital. All these are so depressing.

  1. Hi, !

First, I am so sorry you are experiencing these issues and not getting much relief. And I understand that you don't have the best options when it comes to medical care. I cannot offer you medical diagnosis or advice, for your safety. That said, I do think you can ask for blood work to be done the next time you go back to the hospital. Specifically, you can ask to check your ANA levels (antinuclear antibody). Elevated ANA levels can indicate an autoimmune problems. I am not implying that you are dealing with autoimmune conditions, but checking for that can rule out a number of conditions. A full panel of bloodwork can also help rule out many other conditions, so that may be something to consider. Also, even though you completed a course of antibiotics, you may ask for your infection levels to be checked again to make sure that the infection is truly gone.

I understand how tired and frustrated you must be. Feeling unwell and not getting a diagnosis or successful treatment is pretty disheartening. Please know you are not alone in this! Keep pushing for answers, even though I know it's not easy for you. Your deserve to have your symptoms addressed and properly treated.

    Best, Erin, Team Member.
