Help with mysterious hand condition + gut condition

Hi, please I need your help. I am dealing with a mysterious condition in my hands (under the skin) that seems completely related to my intestinal symptoms.I need to know i anyone else in here has experienced anything similar, and what did you do. The hands condition appeared as a side effect of an accidental overdose o a medication (antifungal, itraconazole) July 19 2022, but it comes and goes 100% in connection with intestinal pain levels. Intestinal pain by eating previously tolerated foods at 1st appeared after Omicron (March 2022), then it got worse over time, becoming constant (unrelated to foods) beginning 2024.
The first time the skin issue happened, both hands turned red and incredibly painful, like a 2nd degree burn, but not upon touching it, only inside. It began at the tips, under the nails, and then i proceeded down the hand, within 2 days it was well below the wrist.Together with the redness and pain, the skin was sticky, like I had marmalade on my hands. After 5 days (no help from the Er ), red was at mid arm s length, I tried an antibiotic powder with streptomycin I had at home and it got better, took weeks to powder to clear, but then it keeps coming back. After that first time, it never came back red, actually skin is whitish, skin feels quite stiff but it doesn't hurt by touching, only on the inside, i you see what I mean, can't bend the fingers. it always starts at the fingertips, under the nails (which become red, like with an infection, nail tips yellowish) and goes down towards the arm. Sometimes I got cuts in the skin folds o the hands and wrists. In 2 occasions when it was really bad, it looked like the same was happening in the feet too, with soles becoming sticky (!) and pain under the skin o the foot. I can't find anyone to even listen to me, and to accept that it depends on something happening in the intestines. Pain under the hands skin happens ONLY when the burning pain in the intestines is worse, when that intestinal pain was intermittent so was this mysterious hand thing, now that it s permanent so is the hand problem, and I can't move my hands. Together with these symptoms, I also tend to wake up with hands completely insensitive, when intestines are better this doesn't happen. Please help me find a solution, I don't want to lose the use of my hands... (autoimmune tests were negative, but also why should it go away with antibiotic powder i it is autoimmune? I couldn't get any other tests o find a doctor who listens to me). Micobiota tests show several imbalances, but supplementation had quite limited results, I believe something big is going on but gut microbiome tests only show a tiny part o what is there.
